As a Registered Dietitian who specializes in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and Wellness, my approach is different from the conventional medicine route.

A standard "healthy diet" was not the answer to my own gas, bloating, anxiety, and the stress I was feeling. Identifying the root causes to what was putting me into dis-ease, then personalizing the right foods, supplements, self-care, and lifestyle habits for me, has allowed me to feel and function at my best.

 

And it all started with healing my gut...

What fills my cup, aside from green tea, water, or bone broth? Spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog! This usually includes some form of cooking, walks and time outside, weekend movies, and yoga.
